Desired Qualifications:

- Deep understanding of IEPs and ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Compassionate, patient approach to working with students and staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs, as outlined in their IEPs
- Conduct assessments, develop written reports, and help shape individualized interventions
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support students’ academic and functional participation
- Maintain thorough records in compliance with school and state policies
- Provide training and resources to staff and families as needed
