Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license valid in Maryland
- Experience providing OT services within a school setting preferred
- Knowledge of IEP process and documentation standards

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students’ functional abilities and needs within the educational environment
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services in accordance with students’ IEPs
- Document assessments, progress notes, and interventions accurately and timely
- Provide strategies and training for teachers and families to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
- Support students in developing fine motor, sensory processing, and daily living skills
