Desired Skills & Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license, with eligibility to practice in the state
- Previous experience in school settings preferred, but not required

- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students' functional abilities within the school environment
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
- Work closely with educators and families to support IEP goals and classroom participation
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services to meet students’ educational objectives
- Maintain accurate records and ongoing progress reports, ensuring compliance with both federal and state guidelines
- Provide expert input to multidisciplinary teams regarding accommodations and modifications necessary for student success
- Participate in staff meetings, IEP meetings, and professional development as required
