School Occupational Therapist - Arlington, Washington

The approximate caseload is 32 students, and worksite locations will be divided between two school campuses (specific locations to be determined).
Key Qualifications:
- Current Washington state Professional Licensure in Occupational Therapy
- ESA Certification in Occupational Therapy (required by WA state)
- Experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads, especially K-12
- Adaptability and openness to working with elementary, middle, and high school age groups
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for effective teamwork with educators and families
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services as part of the IEP team for students with diverse support needs
- Develop and implement effective, individualized treatment plans for students
- Monitor and document student progress, providing regular updates to staff and caregivers
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to foster students’ participation and success in daily routines
- Rotate between two school locations as assigned, ensuring services are provided consistently and efficiently
