Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (from an accredited program)
- Valid OT license in Washington or eligibility for licensure
- Experience with school-based OT services preferred
- Comfort with in-person, virtual (teletherapy), and home health OT delivery
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive OT services to students across K-12
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Consult with educators, families, and support staff to promote student success
- Document progress and maintain detailed records
- Adapt interventions for both in-person and teletherapy models
