Your Qualifications & Background:
- Current, active Occupational Therapy license is required
- Prior school-based OT experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to develop and execute student-centered treatment plans
- Positive attitude and expertise collaborating with IEP teams
- Passion for promoting student engagement and independence
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and group OT services to a caseload of 20 students
- Conduct assessments, develop intervention strategies, and monitor progress
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Complete timely and accurate documentation
- Collaborate with educators and families to support student growth
- Ensure compliance with state and school district regulations
- Schedule: 1.5 days per week (16 hours), onsite only
