Qualifications & Experience
- Current and valid Occupational Therapist license is required
- Experience working as an OT in school settings strongly preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to partner with educators, families, and other specialists
- Ability to efficiently manage a diverse caseload and develop effective treatment plans
- Skillful in both direct therapy and indirect consultative services for students
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy evaluations and interventions tailored to individual student needs
- Create and implement therapy goals in line with IEP requirements
- Maintain detailed progress documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with teachers and other school professionals to support classroom integration
- Empower families and caregivers through strategies for home and school success
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and local special education regulations
