Key Qualifications:
- Current and valid Occupational Therapy license required
- Experience working in school-based settings strongly preferred
- Demonstrated skills in individualized assessment and intervention planning
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Reliable, organized, and adaptable to new environments
- References confirming previous Occupational Therapy experience
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized OT services to a 20-student caseload in a charter school
- Conduct thorough assessments and implement evidence-based intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes
- Document sessions and maintain up-to-date student records according to school and regulatory guidelines
- Provide regular progress updates and recommendations to staff and families
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall educational mission
Role Details and Perks:
