Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist with credentials valid for school-based practice in Massachusetts
- Previous experience working with early education and elementary-aged students strongly preferred
- Proficiency in conducting assessments, developing reports, and implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Comfortable delivering both direct and consultative services in an educational setting
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with teachers, staff, and families
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to Pre-K through 4th grade students across two buildings
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments
- Develop and present detailed reports and individualized recommendations
- Offer consultation to teachers and staff to promote student participation in the classroom
- Document services and track progress through regular progress reports
- Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and families to support optimal learning
