School Occupational Therapist | Taunton, Massachusetts

You will be working three days per week, from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, with a half-hour unpaid lunch, totaling 19.5 hours weekly. Your expertise will support a full continuum of OT services—blend your skills in evaluation, direct student support, consultation, reporting, and presenting in a role designed to positively impact young learners.
Key Qualifications:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid and current OT licensure in Massachusetts
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage a varied caseload and collaborate across teams
- Experience in report writing and presenting evaluation findings
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations for Pre-K to 4th grade students
- Complete detailed reports, progress updates, and present findings to IEP teams
- Provide direct therapy and consultative OT services tailored to individual needs
- Monitor and document student outcomes and progress
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student success
