Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid Washington Occupational Therapist license
- ESA certification required
- Prior school-based OT experience is a plus, but strong new graduates are welcome
- Skilled at working with diverse student populations in K–12 settings
- Excellent communication and organization abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect therapy services to students across elementary, middle, and high school grades
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams in developing student support strategies
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and maintain accurate, thorough documentation
- Create, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
