Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current and valid OT license in Colorado (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric or school-aged populations
- Familiarity with IEP process, documentation, and progress evaluation
- Compassionate, adaptable, and excellent communicator
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students’ motor skills, sensory needs, and functional abilities
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans following IEP guidelines
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy interventions in both individual and group settings
- Monitor and document progress, adjusting interventions to support continuous achievement
- Engage with classroom teachers, special educators, and families to support students’ daily participation and goal attainment
- Participate in IEP meetings, sharing insights and recommendations as part of a cohesive student support team
