What You’ll Bring:
- Current OSPI certification/licensure
- Proven experience as a school-based OT
- Expertise in IEP development, special education evaluations, and compliance
- Familiarity with therapeutic approaches for diverse student populations
What You’ll Do:
- Evaluate students and manage an assigned caseload collaboratively with school staff
- Participate in special education evaluations, reevaluations, and IEP meetings
- Design and implement OT services, goals, and accommodations
- Deliver therapy and consultations in general and special education environments
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to drive student success
- Adapt materials and equipment to support individual student needs
- Maintain accurate reports and documentation, using data to track progress
- Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions
