Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
- Current OT license in Michigan (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience with school-based OT practices preferred
- Comfortable supporting K-12 students with a variety of disabilities
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and families
- Document progress in accordance with school/district standards
- Support and advocate for students’ participation in academic and functional activities
