School Occupational Therapist - Boston, Massachusetts

Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapy License
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Experience supporting children or adolescents in school-based settings preferred
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Knowledge of IEP and 504 planning processes
- Ability to work effectively in both inclusion classrooms and pull-out environments
Role Highlights:
- Begin as soon as possible and support students through June 16, 2027
- Provide direct and consultative OT services to a range of K–12 students
- Evaluate students using a variety of standardized and informal assessments
- Write detailed reports, individualized goals, IEPs, and 504 plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Support students with a wide array of disabilities, adapting interventions to maximize participation
- Deliver services in both classroom (inclusion) and individualized (pull-out) settings
- Maintain thorough documentation and reporting as required
- Foster confidence, fine motor skills, and learning readiness
