Qualifications & Required Background:
- Valid MA Occupational Therapist (OT) license in good standing
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Experience in a school setting strongly preferred
- Strong communication and documentation abilities
- Familiarity with IEPs and 504 plans
- Comfort working with a variety of disabilities and age levels
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive student assessments using a range of evaluative tools and techniques
- Develop and write clear, actionable goals, IEPs, 504 plans, and progress reports
- Deliver direct OT services in both inclusion and pull-out environments tailored to individual student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support classroom integration and achievement
- Adapt strategies and interventions to maximize student success and participation in daily school activities
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting for caseload, tracking student growth and compliance
Contract Details:
- Immediate start, through June 16, 2027
- 32.5 hours weekly, 5 days per week
