Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapy license
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Previous experience with K-12 student populations preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students using comprehensive assessment tools
- Write detailed reports, develop IEP and 504 goals
- Deliver OT services in both inclusion and pull-out environments
- Manage a caseload with students across K-12, presenting a variety of disabilities
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support individualized student success
