Occupational Therapist School Setting in Bremerton, WA

As an essential member of a dynamic school team, you’ll have the chance to develop individualized plans and interventions, working closely with teachers and families to ensure each student’s success. Your role will allow you to apply your clinical expertise, creativity, and positive energy throughout the school community.
Key requirements:
- Valid Washington ESA certificate
- Washington state OT license
- OSPI fingerprint clearance (must be completed before starting)
- Experience working as a school-based Occupational Therapist preferred
- Commitment to in-person service delivery (remote options are not available)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Organized, reliable, and adaptable to meet changing student needs
Primary responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services to students in assigned grade bands
- Conduct evaluations and collaborate in the development of IEPs
- Work with education staff, families, and support services to help each student achieve their goals
- Maintain timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and provide consults as needed
