Job Title: School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT)

Schedule: Full-Time | Full School Year
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to support students in a school district in Lakewood, WA for the full academic year. This role focuses on helping students develop the skills necessary for academic success and daily functioning within the school environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine student needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Washington OT license with ESA certification
- Previous school-based experience preferred (but not required)
