Occupational Therapist

A Brighton‑area school is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide onsite services to K–8 students. This role requires a therapist who is flexible, comfortable working across multiple grade levels, and able to adapt to changing daily needs within the school environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Student Evaluations — Conduct assessments, reevaluations, and eligibility reports.
- Direct & Consultative Services — Provide therapy sessions, classroom strategies, and accommodations.
- IEP Participation — Attend meetings, develop goals, and maintain compliance.
- Skill Development — Support fine motor, sensory regulation, visual‑motor, and functional school‑based skills.
- Collaboration — Work with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Schedule & Assignment Details
- Days: Tuesday–Friday
- Setting: Onsite only
- Caseload: K–8 students
- Must be flexible with daily needs and school routines
Qualifications
- Active Colorado OT license
- School‑based experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Reliable transportation for daily onsite attendance
- Ability to adapt to varying student needs and schedules
