Qualifications:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with students, staff, and families
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
- Ability to adapt strategies to meet varied student needs
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students within the school environment
- Assess and evaluate student needs and abilities in relation to academic performance and daily living skills
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized intervention plans in collaboration with special education teams
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide relevant input regarding student progress and goals
- Document assessments, progress notes, and outcomes in accordance with school and regulatory standards
- Train and support school staff and family members in recommended techniques and accommodations
