Key requirements and skills:
- Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

- Ability to assess and document student performance, design intervention strategies, and work with diverse student populations
- Strong collaboration skills to work closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Passion for supporting functional, academic, and behavioral skill development in school-aged children
