Key Qualifications:
- Active or pending Arizona Occupational Therapist license, with IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Experience working in school settings preferred, particularly with IEPs, assessments, and direct therapy
- Flexibility and skill providing occupational therapy onsite or via teletherapy platforms
- Strong ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with staff and families
- Enthusiasm for supporting diverse student populations across a range of needs
- Commitment to a full-time schedule during the 2026-2027 school year
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans for students according to IEP guidelines
- Deliver therapy sessions onsite and potentially via telehealth to meet students’ goals
- Maintain detailed records of assessments, progress, and outcomes
- Collaborate with educators, administrative staff, and families to maximize student achievement and participation
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute input for goal development and progress monitoring
