What we’re looking for:
- Active MI Professional OT license and MDE Educator certification (both required)
- Experience providing OT services in a K-12 school setting
- Ability to manage a caseload of students with mild to moderate challenges
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with staff and families
- Flexibility and adaptability within a school environment
Core responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive OT services to K-12 students at a single site
- Evaluate student needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Work closely with teachers, school staff, and families to foster student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to all school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary teams
