Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Active Michigan Professional license (LARA) required

- Previous school-based occupational therapy experience highly preferred

- Strong collaboration skills with teachers, staff, and families
- Ability to adapt services and strategies for diverse learner needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and provide therapy for students with a range of mild to moderate needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the educational team
- Document student progress while adhering to state and federal school guidelines
- Consult with teachers and families to promote carryover of skills in classroom and home settings
- Participate in IEP meetings and help set attainable goals for student achievement
