Qualifications and Experience:
- Current Occupational Therapist license valid in Arizona
- Previous pediatric, school-based, or home health OT experience preferred
- Proven ability to assess, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans
- Skilled in adapting interventions to support diverse learning and physical needs
- Strong communication skills for consulting with teachers, families, and staff
- Willingness to work the full school year, full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct OT screenings, evaluations, and direct therapy with K-8 students
- Develop, implement, and review IEP goals and progress reports
- Collaborate closely with educators, aides, and families to integrate OT strategies
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state regulations
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and provide consultative services as needed
