Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license
- Experience in school settings, healthcare, or home health as an OT
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
- Ability to work with students across PreK–12th grades
- Organizational skills to manage caseloads efficiently across 2-3 school sites
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students per IEPs
- Complete thorough assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student development
- Maintain timely records and IEP documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and ongoing progress reviews
- Travel between assigned school sites as needed
