What we’re seeking:
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience in school-based OT preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and other therapy professionals
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Flexibility to travel between 2-3 school sites as needed
- Dedication to making learning accessible and enjoyable for all ages from PreK through 12th grade
Your responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating and developing individualized intervention plans for students
- Delivering therapy services directly to students in various grade levels
- Documenting progress and maintaining thorough records
- Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and parents to implement strategies
- Attending IEP meetings and contributing to a multidisciplinary team approach
- Providing support, training, and resources to school staff as appropriate
- Adapting interventions to best fit each student’s unique needs
This contract opportunity offers an hourly rate of $45-$55, with consistent, full-time hours (37.5 per week) during the school year. You’ll gain experience working across different grade levels and settings, expanding your professional skills and making a lasting impact.
