Position Details:
- Contract runs from August 11, 2026, to May 29, 2027
- Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
- K-12 caseload, itinerant between schools
- Responsibilities include evaluations, direct therapy sessions, and contributing to IEP processes
- Supervision provided as needed
- District requires fingerprints prior to start date
Qualifications:
- Active Virginia Occupational Therapist license required
- School-based OT experience preferred; open to those with transferable pediatric or educational settings background
- Confidence in providing both evaluations and direct services for a wide age range
- Familiarity with IEPs, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and documentation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable adapting to the needs of multiple sites and grade levels
