Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license (IL or eligibility for licensure)
- Pediatric or school-based OT experience preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities

Responsibilities:
- Conduct student evaluations and develop tailored OT plans
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Document progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Lead both individual and group therapy sessions
