Qualifications:
- Hold a valid South Carolina OT license
- Experience with school-aged students (K-8th grade) strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Ability to efficiently manage a caseload of approximately 45 students
- Flexible, collaborative, and committed to student-centered care
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students requiring occupational therapy services
- Provide direct therapy and consultative services to students in inclusive and resource environments
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support each student’s educational progress
- Document services and progress in alignment with school and regulatory standards
- Adapt strategies and interventions to meet a diverse set of student needs
- Travel between two local school sites as part of your regular schedule
