What you bring:
- Current OT or COTA licensure in Rhode Island
- Previous experience in school-based or healthcare OT/COTA roles preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, educators, and families

- Ability to manage a high-needs caseload with empathy and a problem-solving mindset
What you’ll do:
- Provide occupational therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs
- Develop, implement, and monitor therapy strategies to promote student achievement and independence
- Collaborate with teachers, administration, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ educational goals
- Document services, maintain compliance with school and regulatory guidelines
- Attend meetings, contribute to IEP development and progress reviews
- Participate in professional development, including on-site safety care training provided for this role
