Ideal Candidate Will Bring:
- Active Rhode Island OT license (required)
- Prior experience in schools or working with pediatric populations preferred
- Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Role Highlights:
- Provide occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals and school guidelines
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
- Communicate and coordinate with teachers and parents to maximize student outcomes
- Build rapport with students and motivate participation in therapy sessions
Assignment Details:
- Contract dates: July 6, 2026 – August 7, 2026
- Flexible scheduling: Choose either Monday/Tuesday or Tuesday/Wednesday (3 hours/day, school hours are 8:30–11:30 AM)
- Approximately 6–10 hours per week over 2 days, allowing for excellent work-life balance
- Pay range offered: $50–$55 per hour, with highly competitive compensation and weekly pay
