Position Details and Responsibilities:
- Work 14 hours per week on a flexible contract basis
- Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students in pre-K through 2nd grade
- Perform assessments to determine students’ needs and develop appropriate individual treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic activities during school hours to enhance fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills within the classroom
- Monitor student progress, document sessions, and participate in eligibility and IEP/504 meetings as needed
- Educate and train teachers and support staff on strategies to facilitate student participation
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure continuity of care and effective carryover of therapy goals
