- Creative, organized, and adaptable approach for supporting diverse needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ strengths and unique areas for growth
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address fine motor, sensory, or self-care challenges
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in classroom and therapy settings
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings and parent conferences
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate OT strategies into everyday classroom activities
