Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
- Active OT licensure in Michigan or eligibility to obtain
- Experience or strong interest in school-based practice
- Skills in fine and gross motor development
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams, educators, and families
- Experience in home health or teletherapy OT a plus
- Compassion, adaptability, and strong communication skills
- Eagerness to support students of diverse backgrounds and needs

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized OT programs for students
- Work closely with educators, administrators, and parents to identify student needs and share progress
- Utilize evidence-based interventions targeting motor skills and functional independence
- Provide both direct therapy and consultations across a variety of settings (including in-person and virtual)
- Support documentation and compliance with all federal, state, and school regulations
- Engage in team meetings, parent conferences, and professional development
