- Experience or strong knowledge in teletherapy platforms is highly valued
- Proficient in developing and implementing effective strategies for fine and gross motor skill development
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Enthusiasm for working with children and supporting diverse learning needs

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students, adapting delivery methods across in-person, teletherapy, and occasional home health contexts
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs focusing on motor function, sensory processing, and adaptive skills
- Collaborate closely with general and special education staff, families, and other service providers
- Maintain thorough and timely records in compliance with school, state, and federal guidelines
- Contribute actively to Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and collaborate on goal setting and progress monitoring
- Participate in ongoing professional development, utilizing provided continuing education support
