Desired Qualifications:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active OT license for the state or eligibility to obtain
- Experience (clinical or fieldwork) in school, home health, or healthcare settings
- Familiarity with teletherapy best practices, preferred but not required
- Proficiency in evaluating and implementing individualized treatment plans targeting fine and gross motor skills
- Strong communication, collaboration, and flexibility in working with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify student needs and track progress

- Participate in team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) planning
