Qualifications & Experience:
- Current and valid Occupational Therapist license in Ohio
- Experience working in schools, particularly K-8 environments, strongly preferred
- Background in home health or healthcare OT valued
- Ability to assess, design, and implement individualized treatment plans
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, families, and school staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct, onsite OT services to K-8 students in alignment with each student’s IEP or identified needs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student progress and participation in learning
- Conduct regular assessments and maintain detailed, accurate records
- Participate in meetings, share insights for educational planning, and contribute to best practices within the school setting
