Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Current California Occupational Therapy (OT) license required
- Proven experience providing OT services in schools, home health, healthcare, or teletherapy settings
- Background working with K-12 student populations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to efficiently manage caseloads across two school sites
- Familiarity with creating and implementing individualized treatment goals
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop tailored intervention plans for diverse K-12 students
- Deliver direct therapy services in classrooms and resource settings
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Document treatment and progress according to district and legal requirements
- Adjust intervention strategies based on ongoing evaluations
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert OT insight
