Qualifications & Skills:
- Active Washington state license as an Occupational Therapist
- Previous experience in a school setting (preferred)
- Strong communication, adaptability, and collaboration abilities
- Enthusiastic about professional growth and new experiences
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative OT services to students in accordance with IEPs
- Develop and implement interventions that enhance students’ day-to-day functioning
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to student success
