Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Occupational Therapist licensure required
- Demonstrated expertise with pediatric populations—high school experience strongly preferred
- Skilled in school-based, home health, and/or teletherapy practices
- Proven ability to collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services tailored to high school students’ needs, both on-site and through teletherapy as necessary
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs to support educational access and promote independence
- Maintain clear documentation and progress reports in line with school and healthcare standards
- Consult with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure optimal therapy outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute specialized OT input to school teams
