Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Active Maryland (MD) SLP license
- Experience or clinical exposure in school, home health, healthcare, or teletherapy settings
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload (25 students, varied disabilities)
- Commitment to supporting students of all backgrounds
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group speech-language pathology services to K-12 students
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support teams to foster student growth
- Develop and implement effective therapy plans
- Document and monitor progress aligned with IEP goals
- Engage in teletherapy, home health, and traditional school settings as needed
