Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current and valid Occupational Therapy license
- Experience working in educational or pediatric settings is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs) and related documentation
- Collaborative spirit to work closely with teachers, staff, and families
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine students’ needs and design impactful therapy plans
- Deliver targeted interventions that build skills for classroom participation and everyday activities
- Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary teams to support a positive learning environment
- Engage families and caregivers, offering strategies to reinforce progress at home
- Maintain accurate, timely records and participate in IEP meetings as required
- Adapt interventions for evolving student needs throughout the contract period
