- Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting is strongly preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Proficiency in developing IEPs and maintaining accurate documentation
- Collaborative mindset with willingness to work alongside teachers and parents
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services to students in accordance with their IEPs
- Document student progress and maintain compliance records
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families to promote student success
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
- Offer recommendations for adaptive equipment and accommodations to optimize learning environments
