Occupational Therapist School Setting - Gaithersburg, MD

Desired Qualifications:
- Valid and active Maryland Speech Language Pathologist license
- Experience in school settings or related OT environments such as home health, teletherapy, or healthcare preferred

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy for students on your caseload
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to optimize each student’s progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and district policies
- Engage in school-based and virtual service delivery as needed
