Role Expectations:
- Provide on-site OT services for approximately one day per week, with flexibility on which day is worked.
- Deliver direct therapeutic interventions for around 11 students, equating to roughly 4 hours, plus time dedicated to assessments, planning, and documentation.
- Develop individualized goals and adapt interventions to meet students’ diverse needs.
- Communicate progress and recommendations to families and school staff as needed.
- Maintain compliance with relevant state and district documentation requirements.
- Engage positively with school teams to help create accessible, supportive learning environments.
