Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapy licensure in Delaware (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience in school-based settings with elementary-aged students preferred
- Strong knowledge of sensory integration, fine motor development, and adaptive strategies
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in developing and implementing IEP goals
- Ability to manage caseloads and document progress efficiently

Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services to K-6th grade students as outlined in their IEPs
- Assess students’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and student evaluations (allocated during the half day)
- Consult with teachers and staff to integrate therapeutic recommendations into the classroom
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of interventions and student progress
