School Occupational Therapist | Gig Harbor, Washington

This full-time, in-person position offers 7.5-hour workdays supporting students as part of an engaged educational community. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering occupational therapy services tailored to students’ individual needs within assigned grade bands
- Evaluating, developing, and implementing intervention plans in collaboration with educators and other professionals
- Documenting progress, maintaining timely records, and participating in IEP meetings as required
- Providing consultative support and training to staff and families to promote student achievement and participation
- Adhering to all ethical and professional standards and district policies
We’re seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
- Valid ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certificate
- Current Washington OT license
- Completion of fingerprinting through OSPI prior to working with students
- School-based or pediatric OT experience preferred
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
