Required Qualifications & Experience:

- IVP Fingerprint Clearance (must be IVP, not Level 1)
- Proficiency in school-based OT practices
- Familiarity with pediatric caseloads, especially K-8th graders
- Versatility to thrive in a multi-site, in-person setting
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for students
- Deliver targeted therapeutic interventions to promote student participation and achievement
- Document progress and adapt treatment approaches to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate OT strategies in the classroom
- Participate in IEP meetings, share progress updates, and contribute to goal-setting
- Provide supportive guidance to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) as needed
