Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Current Occupational Therapist licensure in Arizona
- Prior experience working in school-based settings, home health, or healthcare environments
- Strong knowledge of OT practices with a focus on fine and gross motor skills
- Ability to adapt interventions for a diverse student population
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Commitment to onsite service throughout the assignment’s duration
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services for K-12 students in an onsite setting
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify students’ needs and strengths
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to support academic and functional success
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure holistic care
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in line with school and legal requirements
